Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling signage components according to specifications, ensuring top-quality standards, and preparing products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble sign components using various tools, adhesives, and fastening methods.
• Follow work orders and production schedules accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability.
• Safely operate tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods and moving or lifting materials as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
