Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 DOE

You'll manage the full-cycle hiring process for various roles, focusing on hourly up to managerial positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting and facilitating onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary, be bilingual (English/Spanish), and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
