General Branch Manager (Confidential)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our regional branches and smaller satellite locations. This role has overall operations responsibility for a Consumer Services industry . You’ll ensure smooth operations, protect financial performance, and create a positive experience for both employees and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily branch operations and coordinate the work of multiple teams.
• Ensure processes are followed, safety standards are met, and customers receive timely, quality service.
• Track branch financial results and make adjustments to hit performance goals.
• Build strong partnerships with sales and account teams to strengthen client relationships.
• Safeguard branch assets, including facilities, vehicles, inventory, and cash.
• Encourage a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support the growth and development of managers and front-line staff.

• Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied environments.
