Reputable Residential Appraisal firm has immediate, full or part time opening for CERTIFIED or LICENSED real estate Appraiser covering Collier and Lee County markets. For over 25 years our firm has built and maintained a reputation as an honest and reliable valuation partner with the commitment to highest quality and customer service standards. Looking for a team player with analytical skills, experience in local Collier and Lee Counties and the ability to work within deadlines. Being an employee appraiser with us offers: A steady flower of work from a well balance blend of clients (Lenders, Attorneys, Realtors, Builders, etc.); Support by an experienced appraisal team and access to an extensive data base, floor plan base, all software needs (plus IT support); Private office setting, telephone, computer access, high speed copier/scanner plus all necessary equipment to prepare appraisals efficiently; Review, follow up and advice is available to help insure high levels of accuracy and quality.
