Description: Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is looking for a Clinical Rehab Specialist - Registered to join our team in the South Shore Region! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards of care and service agreements. Candidate must be an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with minimum of 5 years clinical experience. This Full-Time salaried position offers an annual salary of $110,000.00 in addition to the benefits below. May focus on specific areas of expertise, including skin integrity, mobility, adaptive equipment, and community engagement, while continuously expanding their knowledge and competence in specialized therapeutic fields Collaborate with regional DDS OT and service coordinators to determine clinical specialty areas or topics and to determine the development or use of specific screening/assessment tools. Perform evaluation, screenings and treatments on a particular topic area as needed. Communicate the interventions and/or needs of the particular topic area to caregivers and referral sources. Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to providing compassionate and effective care.
