Fuel Truck Driver – CDL (B or C with Tanker Endorsement)

***MUST HAVE VALID CDL WITH TANKER ENDORSEMENT TO BE CONSIDERED***

Essential Job Functions

• Safely operate a fuel truck to deliver fuel to multiple construction sites.
• Dispense fuel into heavy equipment, trucks, and other machinery.
• Perform light preventative maintenance and routine inspections of the fuel truck.
• Monitor fuel levels and maintain accurate logs of daily fuel distribution.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with site supervisors and mechanics to coordinate fueling schedules.

Requirements

• CDL License (Class B or C) with current tanker endorsement required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check, including MVR review.
• Previous experience fueling construction or industrial equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for performing light maintenance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and job site requirements.

Experience and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in fuel delivery or related field is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Extended periods of driving, walking, and standing.

Compensation

$20 – $22/hour (DOE, higher for the right candidate) with overtime and benefits package.
