House Manager & Childcare Pro – Panama City Beach

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and inherently proactive House Manager/Childcare Extraordinaire to manage a dynamic household and care for a spirited 10-year-old boy. If you’ve got a sixth sense for anticipating needs and thrive on running a tight ship, you’re the one we want. You will be working for the Founder/CEO of a global women's wellness brand and investment company -so if entrepreneurship is in your future, you can learn alot from her!

🔥 What You’ll Tackle (No Excuses, Just Results)

  • Keep it Spotless & Smooth : Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual home maintenance schedules. From laundry to lightbulb changes to seasonal transitions – it’s all on your radar.
  • Fix It Fast : Be the first to notice and resolve household issues. Proactive beats reactive – always.
  • Command the Calendar : Own the family’s schedule, appointments, activities, and travel plans.
  • Staff Whisperer : Hire, train, and manage cleaners, gardeners, and any other household staff like a pro.
  • Event Guru : From birthday blowouts to holiday soirees, you’re the event-planning queen/king.
  • Financial Watchdog : Keep household spending and budgeting in check.
  • Tech Tamer : Ensure all home technology and gadgets are running flawlessly.
  • Vehicle Vanguard : Keep family vehicles spotless, serviced, and road-trip ready.
  • Grocery & Supply Strategist : Never let a pantry run dry – keep it stocked and flowing.
  • Childcare Ninja : Support morning and evening routines, coordinate activities, and ensure the child is safe, nurtured, and thriving.

  • Experience in household management (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing staff, budgets, and multiple tasks.
  • Childcare experience – you know how to engage and support a 10-year-old with heart and humor.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to run errands, pick up the kid, and manage transportation needs.
  • Tech-savvy: able to manage digital tools (Google Docs, Asana, Trello) like a boss.
