Job Description

GNC is seeking a highly skilled ADP eTime Consultant to support the successful implementation and optimization of our time and attendance systems. This is a contract role ideal for an experienced consultant who can hit the ground running and provide expert-level support in system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Position Summary:

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing the ADP eTime solution to meet business and compliance requirements. This role works closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of the time and attendance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ADP eTime (Time & Attendance module).
• Serve as subject matter expert on time tracking policies, pay rules, schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support data migration, interface development, and system integration tasks.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure alignment with company policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing ADP eTime (or Workforce Now Time & Attendance) in a consulting or project capacity.
• Strong understanding of time tracking rules, labor compliance, pay rules, and scheduling configurations.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, go-live support, and end-user training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ADP certifications or prior work as an ADP consultant a plus.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Immediately
• Duration: 90 days or completion of projection
• Hours: Full- Time
• Compensation:$30.00 an hour
• Work Location: 3 days on site at our corporate office located at 75 Hopper Place, Pittsburgh, PA, 15122
