Akkodis is seeking Logistics Operator Contract with a direct client in Henrietta, New York,

Pay Range: $21/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable within this range based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position: Logistics Operator

Location: Henrietta, New York

Duration: 3+ months to hire

Responsibilities

• Is responsible to receive goods in the warehouse Is responsible to control the incoming materials/Finish products for the product integrity, quantity in accordance with the purchase orders and the quality inspection plans Puts away the goods in the warehouse with respect of the rules (FIFO, handling, special conditions storage,…)
• Performs the inventories of stock Manages shelf life of products. Maintains the warehouse in order Picks material for the shop floor (for production), service (for repairs) or finished / factored goods for customer orders as appropriate Packs finish products for the final customer in compliance with established procedures Is responsible to record and maintain the ERP data in accordance with the daily tasks he/she has carried out Contributes to improve the warehouse management Works closely with Quality team to inspect goods

Education / Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
