Insight Global is partnering with a respected educational institution in Frankfort, IN to hire passionate and dedicated Middle School Teachers for Math, Science, and English classrooms.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach and manage a classroom of middle school students in either Math, Science, or English
• Create lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and inspire active participation
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and safe environment
• Adapt instruction to meet the varied needs of students
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Model empathy, patience, and professionalism daily

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Required)
• Candidates with a teaching license or working toward licensure (Encouraged to apply)
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential and a passion for teaching are welcome
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and keep them engaged
• A strong cultural fit: positive, flexible, team-first, and student-focused

Compensation:

$28/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
