Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Preferred Pump & Equipment LP. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products by ensuring that all painting projects meet our standards of excellence and aesthetics.
Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with team members to determine project specifications and timelines.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary to ensure high-quality finishes.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings.

Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Familiarity with construction estimating and blueprint reading is preferred.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
