Job Title: Paycom HRIS Analyst – Temporary Assignment

Location: Southlake, TX 76092 (Hybrid – Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)

Employment Type: Contract – Temporary (covering leave; 30–60 days or longer)

Pay Rate: $32–$40/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paycom HRIS Analyst to provide temporary support to the HRIS department. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional experienced in HRIS systems, reporting, and data analysis. The HRIS Analyst will manage the SolarWinds ticketing system, fulfill reporting requests, assist with ongoing HRIS projects, and ensure data integrity across HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve HRIS-related tickets through SolarWinds (reporting requests, password resets, data issues, etc.)
  • Fulfill reporting requests and perform complex data manipulations in Excel
  • Support HRIS team with ongoing projects, system enhancements, and process improvements
  • Extract, analyze, and present HR data; build dashboards and visualizations
  • Create and update reports and presentations using PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency
  • Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and HRIS enhancements as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Strong experience with Paycom (HRIS system)
  • Advanced Excel skills : Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation
  • Experience with ticketing systems (SolarWinds preferred)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for report/dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday
  • Prior HRIS or HR reporting experience
  • Familiarity with large datasets and data visualization tools

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hybrid: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Contract role covering leave; duration approximately 30–60 days, may extend
