Product Analyst

Location : Cleveland (Onsite – 4 days in office)

Department : Product Management

Reports To : Manager of Product Management

Travel: Up to 10%

Your Impact

As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a foundational role on our Product Management team - supporting discovery, defining requirements, and helping deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact to our users. This is an entry-level position designed for those eager to begin a career in product management, where you’ll learn directly from experienced product managers, collaborate across teams, and grow into a future product management role.

What You’ll Do

  • Support product managers in discovery by gathering user feedback, analyzing workflows, and researching market/industry trends
  • Translate business and user needs into clear requirements, documentation, and tickets.
  • Assist with backlog management – helping prioritize work, track progress, and maintain clarity for the team.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders to drive decision making.
  • Analyze product data to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Contribute to building a strong product culture – curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Requirements Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles (internships, co-ops, or coursework in business, technology, data, or related fields welcome)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex information into clear insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about technology, design, and how systems work – especially in government, SaaS, or regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government technology, regulated industries, or enterprise SaaS is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project/product management platforms is a plus.
  • Experience from a Software Company

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually . This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
