Job Description

Project Manager, Renewable EPC Projects

Join a fast-growing global renewable energy firm leading the charge toward a cleaner, more sustainable future. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee utility-scale renewable energy construction projects from start to finish — ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, know how to lead cross-functional teams, and are passionate about making a real impact in clean energy, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of renewable energy construction projects in line with safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with site teams and stakeholders to define project timelines, identify critical paths and mitigate risks
  • Manage client communications and provide regular updates on budget, progress, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal methodologies (e.g., Lean, QHSE) and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee budgeting, procurement, logistics, and financial reporting (SAP familiarity a plus)
  • Mentor and support internal teams, including apprentices and junior staff
  • Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure seamless project operations and team development

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction (renewables experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health/safety procedures
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • OSHA 30 certification and NCCER Instructor credentials are a plus

Why You Should Apply:

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on accelerating the clean energy transition
  • Work on impactful projects that shape the future of power generation
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals across engineering, construction, and sustainability
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000–$150,000 per year , plus opportunities for growth
