What You'll Do:Greet guests with a friendly smile and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they walk in
Answer and direct phone calls with warmth and professionalism-because we believe a smile can be heard!
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Keep office supplies stocked and organized-because a smooth office is a happy office!
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support
Keep the reception area and shared office spaces neat and inviting
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
A people person who enjoys interacting with others and has a positive attitude
Strong communication skills-both in-person and over the phone
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus but not required
A friendly, team-oriented work environment where your contributions matter
