About the Role

We are seeking a detailed oriented and motivated Entry level analyst to join our generic pharmaceutical finance team as a Return Coordinator. This role supports the processing, analysis, and documentation of product returns. This position provides a strong foundation in pharmaceutical supply chain and revenue operations with opportunities for growth and cross functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process customer claims for issuance of return-related credits.
  • Understand customer contract terms and pricing conditions.
  • Ensure all procedures are in accordance with return authorization policies.
  • Work collaboratively and cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to address and improve the return process.
  • Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Follow up with customer requests and concerns regarding credits for returns.
  • Deny and collect invalid claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of returns transactions for audit compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, internships or coursework in pharmaceutical operations or accounting a plus.

Required Skills

  • Basic Proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, pivot tables).
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to priorities.
