Job Summary:
The Account Manager position is a multifaceted role that combines sales, design, and customer relationship management. The primary objective of this position is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the furniture solutions and services offered by company.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with existing key clients. Act as the main point of contact for customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and request promptly. Always work under the Account Executive guidance.
· Sales and Consultation : Understand client furniture needs and provide tailored solutions based on their preferences and budget. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase furniture offering and highlight their unique features.
· Design Services: Create custom furniture solutions and design proposals that align with client’s needs and vision. Develop a set of standards that allow the design process to flow as fluently as possible.
· Project Management: Coordinate with PM and installers to ensure seamless delivery and installation processes. Conduct site visits and walk-throughs out of town as needed.
· Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional furniture or related products and services to existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
· Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preference (vertical markets). Use this knowledge to improve company product lineup and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, preferrably within commercial interior design, commercial furniture or commercial construction.
Salary: $50-60k base + Commission
