The SoundPro team is growing, and we are adding talented Account Managers to our award-winning sales team. Industry experience and product knowledge are essential as we serve professional AV markets and offer a curated set of 500+ brands. SoundPro is a leading national dealer and distributor of Pro Audio, Video, and Lighting products with offices in Irving, Texas and Madison, Wisconsin. For over 50 years, we’ve been known for deep industry expertise, curated stock, fast shipping, and award-winning sales support. Our sales team consists of industry professionals with expertise in numerous markets including AV installation, house of worship, production, and education. Our team understands our customers’ language, relates to their needs, and constantly strives to provide a positive "SoundPro" experience.

• We provide our Account Managers with a salary-plus-commission compensation structure.
• A Professional Development Plan that gives incremental career and financial incentives.
• We’ll Immediately provide a customer base made up of AV Installation, Production, and House of Worship customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound, inside sales and/or retail sales experience in the AV industry or 2+ years of experience working in the AV industry, including but not limited to: production, live sound, installation, system design, recording, lighting, and/or broadcast.
• Computer savvy. Experience with POS and CRM systems.
