Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to play a key role in shaping user-centered design experiences. In this role, you’ll lead research efforts that inform the full design process—from discovery and wireframes to visual design and successful product launches. Your insights will help transform unmet user needs and business opportunities into intuitive, impactful digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead research planning and execution across multiple design phases
• Apply a wide range of UX research methods (usability testing, field research, heuristic reviews, card sorts, prototyping, etc.)
• Communicate research insights through compelling reports, visuals, and presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence design strategy and decision-making
• Develop personas, journey maps, and prototypes to support user-centered design practices
• Support both web and mobile product initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX research experience (mix of web and mobile preferred)
• Strong background in research strategy , usability testing, and UX methodologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure.
• Familiarity with human factors, information architecture, or interactive design is a plus

• Contract role (6 months, with strong potential to extend)
