-Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status and initiate trace requests when necessary.
Job Description

As an Import Agent in the logistics industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant entry of goods into the United States. This position involves preparing and processing customs documentation, coordinating with carriers and government agencies, and ensuring adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
